5 Ethnic Twists on a Basic Vinaigrette
Basic vinaigrette adds flavor-some notes to a variety of dishes by experimenting with herbs spices and a few simple swaps you can transport your taste buds around the world. Let's start by reviewing a basic vinaigrette recipe. For a taste of Italy use cracked black pepper, a quarter teaspoon Italian seasoning and 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
